Art Screening: Big Break
On Tuesday, February 28 British artist Jemma Egan presents an evening of recent moving image works by her contemporaries. Each work attempts to capture some aspect of the systems, images, identities and economies that assemble to form some understanding of the world in 2017. The line-up includes works by London based artists Chris Cawkwell, Louise Fitzgerald, Georgia Lucas-Going, Janina Lange, Izzy McEvoy, Richie Moment, Charles Richardson, Demelza Watts, and Egan herself. The screening at the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art will conclude with a casual discussion between Egan and the audience. Jemma Egan (born 1982, Liverpool) completed an MA in Sculpture at The Royal College of Art in 2015 and BA in Fine Art in Liverpool in 2005.
